Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from home in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for individuals with little to no prior experience in the communications field.

Responsibilities: - Create engaging and compelling content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases - Assist in developing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts through metrics and analytics - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications and marketing - Handle external communications with stakeholders, partners, and media outlets - Support the communications team in executing PR campaigns and events

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with different audiences - Comfortable working independently and in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required) - Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
