Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

The Online Social Media Manager at Saudi Electricity Company will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and increasing online presence and brand awareness. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop social media strategies, analyze campaign performance, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. The Online Social Media Manager will also monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive online presence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms - Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media marketing - Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand reach and engagement - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management - Proven track record of increasing engagement and brand awareness through social media - Strong communication and writing skills - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Dedication to maintaining a confident and positive online presence - Strong research and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
