Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated and resilient PR Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's public image and communications with various stakeholders. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials - Arrange and manage press conferences, interviews, and other public events - Build relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers - Monitor and report on media coverage of the company - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging - Handle crisis communications and manage reputation risks - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field - 4+ years of experience in public relations or a related field - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and PR software tools - Resilient attitude and dedication to achieving results
