Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and hardworking PR Associate to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Jeddah, SA. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance the company's public image and ensure positive media coverage. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage media relations, press releases, events, and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance the company's public image - Manage media relations, including writing press releases and pitching stories to journalists - Plan and coordinate events, including press conferences, product launches, and promotional events - Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for senior management - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms - Assist in crisis communication and reputation management efforts

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in public relations or communications - Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
