Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level role with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure our company's online presence remains relevant and competitive. 7. Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach targeted audiences.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in social media management. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 5. Demonstrated leadership and presentation skills. 6. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms. 7. Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing. 8. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. 9. Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns. 10. Familiarity with social media compliance and legal regulations.
