Services Promoter - Part Time

Services Promoter Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s home maintenance and service offerings to customers visiting eXtra stores.


• Approach customers proactively, identify potential service needs, and recommend relevant service solutions.


• Clearly explain service features, scope, pricing, terms, and customer benefits.


• Generate service leads and convert customer interest into confirmed bookings or sales in line with assigned targets.


• Process or support service bookings accurately through the designated system and ensure required customer information is captured.


• Coordinate with the Home Services team to ensure proper handover of confirmed bookings and customer requirements.


• Follow up on leads and pending customer inquiries when required to support conversion.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available services, promotions, pricing, and service coverage.


• Maintain professional service presentation and promotional materials within the assigned store.


• Track and report key performance indicators, including customer leads, bookings, conversion, and sales achievement.
