Job Description:

The Business Development Associate at Al Hokair Group will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. This part-time role is perfect for an associate-level professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers - Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of new accounts - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders - Assist in drafting proposals and negotiating contracts - Track and report on business development activities and outcomes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
