Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Medina, SA. In this part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for assisting in the growth and expansion of our business through forging strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive sales growth. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. 5. Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and build connections. 6. Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior management. 7. Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to ensure competitive advantage. 9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the business development team. 10. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. 3. Resilient and passionate personality traits with a positive attitude. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Strong time management and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Experience in real estate development or construction industry is a plus.
