Business Development Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Business Development Associate will work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding the company's market presence - Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services - Track and report on sales and business development activities - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and leadership soft skills
