Description: Develop and implement construction and interior design business plans to drive category performance to achieve sales, growth and profitability objectives. This includes management of online product assortments, leading onsite marketing and merchandising efforts, analyzing online market and competitive trends, and forecasting online demand.

 Manage assigned product line(s) to deliver on sales, margin, profitability, in-stock and turnover goals. Analyze product performance and recommend appropriate pricing to balance sales volume with profitability. 
• Manage the online product content developing process by working with the Product Development and Creative teams. Responsible for accurate product setup by following defined e-commerce guidelines and SEO best practices, and making ongoing updates to product content.
• Work with the Product Development team to greatly expand the on-line product assortment(s) to drive volume by studying sales results, customer on-site behaviors, competitors’ sites and researching numismatic news and trade publications.
• Manage inventory by accurately forecasting inventory needs for new and existing items to ensure high in-stock rates while managing overstocks to deliver the appropriate inventory turnover rate
