Agency Support Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Perform administrative duties • Establish a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently • To talent hunt for potential candidates to the team throughout online portals, tele-marketing or other creative channels • To conduct interviews and follow up with potential candidates for 2nd round of interview with the manager • To maintain the company website and social media platforms and upload necessary updates to the general public Requirements: • Good knowledge of MS office and social media platform • Excellent customer focused mindset Job Benefits • $1800-$2000 + incentives • No need to work on weekends • Annual leave and other details can be discused
