Job Description - Call Centre Team Leader

• Must be Diploma Holder • Min 5 years of Contact Centre with some team leading experience • Comfortable to managed a team of up to 20 agents • Familiar with contact centre reporting, trend analysis and PowerPoint slide preparation • Comfortable to present the reports during team meetings • Able to conduct QA / call coaching • Provide training to new joiners and agents
