Clinic assistant

Handling of front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients and billing. Handling phone/walk-in queries. Preparing, dispensing of medications. Keeping accurate medicine supplies, inventory records and ordering of medicines as needed. Preparing monthly staff rosters. Performing administrative duties such as 3rd party insurance claims. Requirements: GCE O level/Nitec/Diploma, bilingual and dialect speaking. PC literate and able to work in a face pace environment. Poly/tertiary students welcomed. Previous clinic working experienced preferred. Candidates will learn pharmaceutical knowledge from this working experience. Your duties require strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Listening to patients, answering questions, and taking direction from physicians takes time to perfect. This environment will provide you practice, refinement and experience. You’ll learn how to effectively interact with different personalities, ages, and professionals in any situation that’s thrown at you.
