Job Description - Club Concierge Customer Service Associate
Summary of position:
– Provide a high level of customer service and assist with members and guests inquires
– Assist with golf reservations for members and guests (phone, email, in-person)
– Performs opening and closing procedures for golf shop
– Responsible for the accountability of all sales and money transactions made during shift
– Maintains an accurate up-to- date Tee Sheet
– Collects Green fees, buggy fees, rental club/shoe fees, corporate fees and late cancellation fees
– Assists members and guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner
– Assist with rotating stock, displaying merchandise in an appealing manner and keeping displays well presented and orderly
– Assist with maintaining and monitoring inventory, assist with monthly stock take
– Communicate with Golf Service Attendant, Golf Course officer regarding any changes
– Assist Corporate events with billing, registration, goodie bags, issuing score card
– Receive and process payment from Member’s monthly statement and assist with refunds and billing disputes
– Provide members and guests with application of forms for various privileges and services that we offer
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or one to three months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Knowledge, skill, and Ability Preferences:
– Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Language to liaise with Mandarin speaking Members
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Works in shifts, must be willing to work weekends, public holidays and six day work week
