Customer Service Officer (Logistics, Freight Forwarding)

• Ensure customer’s orders are processed & reply email in a timely and accurately manner, • Ensure reports are submitted to customer on a timely basis keeping to established schedules and to Customer requirements; • Handle ad-hoc request from customers • Export Booking (SEA / AIR) & co-ordination on all the necessary arrangement • Provide customer support whenever required. • Achieve & maintain consistent service specific key performance indicator. • Handling any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required Job Requirements: • Preferable Diploma in Logistics or Business Admin • 2-3 years’ related experience • Customer Service Orientated • MS Office Skills MOM Lic: 07C4872 EA Reg: R1108426
