Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle account receivable, claims, payment and day-to-day accounting matter
• Implement, document, monitor and maintain financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
• Coordinate with auditor & clients for auditing.
• Assist in filing GST returns & corporate tax.
• Assist in simple HR administrative work
• Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate or equivalent qualification 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting matters
• Experience in using accounting softward like MYOB, UBS, Quickbook is an added advantage
• Meticulous and proficient in MS Office
• High level of initative and possess good attitude
• Able to work independently and possess positive working attitude
