Accounts Executive

• Manage finance operations including accounts, management accounting, finance control & management of assets/facilities
• Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with group guidelines and external auditing requirements
• Manage cash flow and control credit risk
• Monitor and manage AR, AP and invoicing
• Prepare GST reconciliation and submission
• Maintain and manage the data inputs into Navision and Outlooksoft system
• Monitor Opex implementation
• Manage security of company's legal documents and contracts
• Communicate with businesses on financial requirements and understand business situation to provide better services to meet business needs
• Other responsibilities assigned by Country Manager and Regional Finance Controller
• Prepare forecast and budget as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties (e.g. external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial)

Knowledge & Skills:

• Diploma, ACCA or other recognised professional accounting qualifications is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a financial area within multinational companies
• Experience in local tax and local accounting practices
• Has a comprehensive understanding of the techniques of a business support services
