Specialization: Administrative, Stakeholders Management & Engagement
Working Location: Newton MRT
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Job Type: 6 Months Contract
Salary: Hourly rated of UP$21.60 (average of up to $4,000 per month)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to organise engagement sessions to solicit feedback on amendment of regulations from external and internal stakeholders
• Engage the stakeholders to submit their laboratory results
• Conduct briefings, issue circulars and send mails for outreach
• Work with IT team to resolve IT issues faced by stakeholders
• Assess waiver and partial de-registration requests
• Handle public enquiries

Requirements

• Minimally degree level with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Good communication skills.
