Working Location: West (Island wide Transport Provided )
Monday - Friday: 7:50 AM - 4:55 PM

Responsibilities:

Support customer trial lot running and qualification schedule.
Create engineering and production documentation.
Maintain document integrity and specifications.
Collaborate on technical documentation updates.
Develop or revise product specifications.
Generate qualification and first mass production reports.
Assist in customer audits and stocktake activities.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly preferred.
