Job Description - Associate Executive/ Senior Associate (Office of Medical Board) - Innovative Company

We are on the lookout for a persistent Associate Executive/ Senior Associate (Office of Medical Board) to join our stellar team at Singapore General Hospital in Outram, Central Region.

You will provide administrative and logistical support to Office of Medical Board (OMB). Your job duties include:

  • Secretariat support for department meetings, training and external queries
  • Assist to manage budgets and learning plans 
  • Maintain records of office assets & machinery and audit
  • Prepare on-boarding of new hires / off- boarding
  • Maintain and update dept’s intranet 
  • Manage central stationery purchase & inventory management

Requirements

  • Diploma 
  • Knowledge and work experience in managing websites will be an advantage
  • Meticulous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, Powerpoint
