Responsibilities:

Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services
Set up of medication management system at new ILTC facilities
Accountable for the accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities & day centers
Provide quality customer service
Staff Training & Development

Requirements:

Degree in Pharmacy with a min of 3 years of relevant working experience and registered as a Pharmacist in Singapore
