Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and improve HR policies and processes.
  • Keep track of and analyze HR performance.
  • Plan and implement compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Manage HR activities, including recruitment, policies, and performance.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and improve efficiency with the help of HR staff.
  • Prepare HR policies and proposals.
  • Work on important HR projects as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of HR experience with a positive, resilient, trustworthy, ambitious, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity in various HR areas such as employee relations, HRIS, performance management, compensation & benefits, project management, recruitment, training, and development.
