- Lead and improve HR policies and processes.

- Oversee daily HR operations and improve efficiency with the help of HR staff.
- Prepare HR policies and proposals.
- Work on important HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 6 years of HR experience with a positive, resilient, trustworthy, ambitious, and team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity in various HR areas such as employee relations, HRIS, performance management, compensation & benefits, project management, recruitment, training, and development.
