Job description:
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play an important role to manage and man the office reception to deliver positive first impressions for our guests, visitors and callers.
Additionally, you will work with various stakeholders and be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day administration requirements to ensure a functional and efficient office environment. As part of the Admin team, you will:
- Assist with employee onboarding, benefits and welfare matters;
- Manage the mailroom and arrange for mails and deliveries;
- Inventorise and procure office and operations supplies;
- Manage meeting room resources and oversee office housekeeping;
- Maintain records of physical and digital assets;
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Amicable and service-oriented, you have the professional and emotional maturity to interact with all levels of people under different circumstances. You must be competent in written, phone and face-to-face communications. When performing your work, you are independent, resourceful and adaptable. You are an organised person, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads, while being discreet with confidential and/or personal material. To be considered for the role, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
