Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan meaningful learning experiences for the children under your care

- Create a holistic and engaging learning environment that celebrates the children’s individuality

- Maintain the learning environment and ensure that the learning materials are age-appropriate

- Keep proper observation records of the children’s progress and collaborate closely with the families in supporting their child/children

- Participate in the planning and implementation of center events and field trips

- Engage actively in dialogues as we establish a positive learning culture

- Respect and value each child and practice positive behavior strategies

- Any other duties that may be assigned by the center or organization from time to time

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying learning styles and levels of ability

- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.

Requirement:

Open to Singaporeans / Malaysians

Diploma level and above in English Language, Education, or other relevant fields

Confident and able to work both independently and in a collaborative setting

Passionate about teaching and educating

Able to commit to at least 2 years of service
