10.30am to 7.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
- Provide support to the Director and her family members
- Manage household operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Be the main point of contact for the children’s school and classes
- Pick up the children to/ from school or learning centres
- Plan and execute family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements if required
- Handle any adhoc duties professionally and efficiently
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant (Family Personal Assistant will be preferred)
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Nurturing disposition with patience and passion in working with children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication
