- Position : Accounts Executive (SIMPLE DUTIES/ LOW VOLUME)
- Location : Robinson Road
- Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000
- Duration : 6 months contract - TO START MID MAY till DECEMBER
- Industry : Electronics trading company
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily accounts receivable matter
- Monthly routine data entries for expenses etc
- Monthly AR/AP closing before deadline
- Prepare monthly cash receipt forecast
- Maintain fixed assets schedule
- Compile report for monthly management (based on system sales report)
- Assist in audit document request
- Quarterly HQ AR/AP confirmation
- Adhoc duties
Requirements:
- 3 years related working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
