• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best match for client needs.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

• Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
• Establish connections with educational institutions and healthcare associations to tap into emerging talent.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates during the negotiation and offer stages.
• Manage offer presentations and counteroffers with a focus on successful placements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on healthcare positions.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
