Job Scope:
- Knowledge in SAP Hana
- Collaborate on the development of the program management framework, templates, tools, and systems to achieve metrics related to cost, time, and quality.
- Design a training program facilitating the effective application of the program management framework throughout the organization.
- Support senior management in overseeing the program management framework through audits.
- Provide guidance to Project Managers on adopting the established framework at the appropriate level.
- Create an integrated program plan encompassing detailed activities, resource planning, and cost estimation for projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve consensus on program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Review the program plan to establish time frames, funding constraints, and procedures for project completion.
- Assist Project Managers in delivering plans aligned with overall program objectives.
- Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews, including status reports, program risk identification, and other dashboards.
- Drive the program to meet schedules, budgetary limits, and targets for manpower and technical quality.
- Enforce program discipline in documenting scope changes, issues, and risks affecting implementation.
- Collaborate with users, technical staff, and management to identify and resolve issues associated with program implementation.
- Conduct regular program reviews and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource reallocations.
- Supervise team operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, workload distribution, and staffing.
- Foster the professional growth of staff through continuous coaching, mentoring, and career dialogues.
