• Enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness through Marketing Technologies (MarTech).
• Integrating platforms, processes, templates, and best practices for implementation of MarTech strategy.
• Lead the integration, rollout, and governance of marketing automation platform, digital asset management platform, email tool.
• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs aligned with brand marketing strategies and objectives.
• Monitor and manage data generated from CRM/marketing activities, including sign-ups, retention rates, online and offline sales data, email campaign performance, and offline events.
• Provide consolidated monthly reports on CRM and marketing success.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve customer care, promptly addressing feedback and concerns on online and social platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing and loyalty campaigns.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Media. 
• 1 year of relevant experience.
