【Job Responsibilities】:
1. Executes the organisation's branding and marketing efforts;
2. Source and select the exhibition according to the company's brand characteristics and customer requirements, including on-site survey of booth location, conception of booth theme, exhibition form, and arrangement of site layout;
3. Oversee the actual operation of the booth and resolve any issues that may arise on site;
4. Performs market research on brand awareness, market trends, and target buyer and seller landscapes for marketing and communication plans;
5. Communicates regularly with regional teams to obtain insights on carrying out various promotions and offerings;
6. Develop relationships with advertising agencies, external suppliers and key industry stakeholders by attending networking events and keeping updated on key trends in the industry;
7. Cost and contract management: work with the sales team to derive the cost component of products, contract management of partners and suppliers;
8. Product knowledge and Training: be familiarised with products and conduct knowledge training for the sales team;
9. Customer Service Support: attend to any customer enquiries regarding products and services
【Qualifications】:
1. Diploma or degree in marketing
2. More than 2 years of work experience, preferably with exhibition arrangement
3. Familiar with the process of exhibition, understand the basic design, materials required and set up process
4. Proficient in AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP 3D MAX, CorelDraw and other design software
5. Experience in business development and negotiation;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, deep understanding of customer needs, unique creativity and team spirit.
