Marketing Manager - Rewarding Work

Responsibilities:

Bridge Between China Headquarters and Overseas Offices:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating marketing efforts between China headquarters and overseas offices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in China to ensure alignment on product launches, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

Marketing Budget Management:

• Develop and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor expenses and ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI.

Marketing Activities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote company’s products and solutions.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase Company’s offerings and enhance brand visibility.

Channel Partner Programme:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and distribution of Company’s products.
• Implement strategies to support channel partners in marketing and promoting Company’s solutions effectively.

Brand Awareness and Reputation Building:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence in international markets.
• Execute branding initiatives and public relations activities to enhance Company’s reputation as a leader in process automation.

English Marketing Tools:

• Create and localize marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content, in English to effectively communicate with global audiences.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

Global Key Account Vendor Registrations:

• Manage registrations and certifications required to become a vendor for key accounts globally.
• Facilitate the process of onboarding Company as an approved vendor for major clients and partners worldwide.

Others:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and engineering to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the industrial automation or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of both Chinese and international markets, with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic barriers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
• Language Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese-speaking stakeholders and business counterparts overseas.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, including digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
