Officer, Client Servicing - Unlimited Growth Potential

In this position you will.…

Perform full spectrum of insurance broking tasks and processes independently in relate to servicing of new and renewal clients’ accounts primarily in employee benefits insurance program.

You will be responsible for…

• Perform a full client servicing role to employee benefits insurance program managed under the team.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
• Ensure retention and organic growth of clients’ needs including managing new business opportunities and leads
• Ensure timely production of placement/broking slips, comparison tables and policies.
• Work closely with claims team to ensure the client’s claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently.
• Work in conjunction with the team and management to meet performance goals.
• Assist credit control department to follow-up on premium collections when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Attained all relevant insurance certifications (HI, M5, M9, M9A)
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
