Operation Executive - Rewarding Work

Job Description: 

• Problem solver and ability to handle operation issues and urgent resources allocation. 
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.  
• Updating on daily vehicle / container movement   
• Required to handle any administrative matters.  
• Evaluating worker performance  
• Able to work on weekend / Holiday and willing to work overtime.  
• Monthly reconciliation of customer’s data, as well as other ad-hoc    assignments.  
• Plan maintenance program for the vehicles.  
• Coordinate all vehicle servicing, maintenance, liaising with workshop and clients etc.  
• Manage day-to-day administrative matters.  
• Prepare Overtime and Attendance reports monthly before the due date.  
• Manage overall transportation operations and drivers' allocations.  
• Responsible for various report submission on time.  
• Attend safety, operation meeting etc. 

Job Requirement: 

• Willingly to learn and take up challenges and able to manage pressure. 
• Team player and able to work independently. 
• Able to work with minimum supervision and strong problem-solving skill. 
• Well verse with local roads/streets as advantage. 
• Experience in container trucking. 
• Effective communication skills 
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel 
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team.
