Receptionist - Fast Hire

We are hiring for our client in the Education industry, who is looking for a passionate Receptionist to join their growing team.

Contract Period: 24 June 2024 - 23 May 2025

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 630am to 330pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries
• Handle children below 12 years when they walk-in for assistance and queries
• Handling mails/faxes/goods delivered efficiently and effectively - routing/directing them to the respective owners. 
• Handling and distribution of school emails.
• Perform general admin duties - Filing, attending to sick pupils, simple photocopying
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Able to operate Office Automations and equipment like Printing and photocopiers. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team 
• Relevant work experience in school general administration 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
