Sales Admin

A Japanese manufacturer in the machinery facility supply business is looking for a Sales Admin to join their company in Singapore.
【What you will be working on】
- Issue quotation, invoice, purchase order
- Arrange spare parts delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and advise customers on the status of shipment.
- Respond to customer’s enquiry.
- Provide full administrative support to the department.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
【 What they are offering 】
- AWS: 1 month
- VB (Depends on the company and individual performance)
- AL: 12 days (Max up to 18 days)
- ML: 14 days
- Company Off day (Other than Public holiday): 6 days
- Medical allowance: SGD 1,000/year
- Insurance: H&S, PA, Outpatient
【 What they are looking for 】
<MUST>
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a similar position
- Service-oriented with good written and oral communication skills
- Be able to handle things independently and be a team player
- Detail-oriented and possess experience in handling large volumes of work
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
<PREFERABLE>
- Knowledge of Japanese culture is an added advantage
- Prefer to have 3 years or more (BtoB) relevant experience in a similar position
- Product and market knowledge understanding of factory facility landscape and facility products is a plus
