Senior Executive/ Executive, Events - Urgent Position

You will work closely with stakeholders at every stage of the process, from planning and coordinating to successfully executing the event within the given timeline and budget. 

You are also required to assist the event’s chairman in managing all aspects of conference logistics, including venue selection, programme development, faculty management, attendee registration, sponsorship and exhibitor coordination. You are responsible for organising marketing and promotional activities to increase reach and attract the target audience to attend the event.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business with at least 2 years’ experience in event management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous with demonstrated organisational skill, and strong project management skills 
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
