Job Description

- Assist & Advise customer on the paperwork and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Competent with MS Office Suite
Training and coaching will be provided for those who are interested to progress to be Claim Exec / Estimator / Managerial:
- Assist & Advise customer on the paperwork and processes
- Manage Customer expectations from Accident reporting to Vehicle repair completion
- Create Repair Estimates for damaged vehicles
- Communicate with insurance company/surveyors for claims
- Manage & co-ordinate with Technicians on repair plans
Good to have:
- Working experience in Automotive Repair industry
- Familiar with car Insurance Claims procedures
- Driving license
- Other areas of expertise and working experience are welcomed
Salary commensurate with experience, working ability and skill set
- Singaporean Only
- 2 vacancies available
- Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri), 9am – 1pm (Sat)
- Working Location: Woodlands / Jurong East
- Flexi Working Hours and alternate Saturdays will be based on Work Performance, Experience, Ability and Independence
