Job Description 

• Case assessment and conceptualisation by conducting a thorough assessment of the case using information gathered during the intake and subsequent engagement with client, family and stakeholder.

• Collaborate with government agencies and community partners and contribute to new programmes 

• Collaborate with clients to develop intervention plans, and provide counselling and support to address their risks and needs issues; advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services within the community and relevant systems

• Management of referrals, and engaging referral agency / person for intake and assessment

• Research and evaluation 

Requirements 

• Degree in Social Work with at least 2 years experience 

• Possess good knowledge in social work interventions, social polices and community engagement 

• Passionate in supporting youth
