Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor will report to the Retail Manager. He/She will be responsible for excellent customer service, sales achievement and looking after the store as well as communicating all the activities to the team members. He/She will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations , making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties also include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, training new staff and planning roster efficiently.

Job Description:

• Drive revenue and KPI target achievement for the store
• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on products and resolve complaints.
• Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards
• Supervise and lead the team members
• Train and assess performance of the team.
• Handle day-to-day supervision of retail shop operations
• Management of cash control, inventory and stock take
• Handle the replenishment of stocks with the team
• Ensure good customer service

Job Requirements:

• GCE O/A level, Diploma in Marketing, Retail Management or Business

Other Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ retail sales experience with at least 1 year’s supervisory management

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Able to work effectively in a diverse workforce (eg: different age/races).

• Possess good knowledge of customer service standard

• Result and sales-oriented attitude

• Independent, energetic, well-groomed, pleasant and friendly disposition

• Strong communication skills in English

• Good working knowledge of MS Office

• Prepared to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
