Respond and resolve all enquiries, provide customer support & manage walk in customers
Manage accounting entries using Xero. Verify daily transactions & invoices. Monitor cash flow & generate monthly sales reports.
Monitor and manage online listing, inventory and fulfillment across all platforms.
Manage warehouse inventory, forecast and reorders. Prepare Purchase Order, coordinate with suppliers/forwarder for invoices & incoming stocks.
Monitor and manage dealers/partners accounts, invoice, payout & coordinate inventory fulfillment.
Any ad hoc tasks include stocktake and day to day admin supportive role.
Diploma or higher
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Xero accounting system
Good command of written and spoken English.
Resourceful, good prioritizing & problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
