Automotive Sales Admin Assistant - Urgent Hire

Position: Automotive Sales Admin Assistant  

Salary: $2,000 - $2,600 + OT

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs) / 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales administration work for new car sales
• Prepare sales report and record sales registration data
• Assist in COE bidding preparation
• Support CRM to create and manage contacts in Salesforce
• Assist in CRM initiatives like preparing collaterals for customers etc

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum GCE “O” Level and above
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and self-confidence
• Candidates with prior experience with Salesforce would be an added advantage
• Good team player with positive working attitude
