Beauty Salon Assistant Manager

Job requirements: 

• Provide assistance to manager with day to day operations

• Oversee and management of salon staffs 

• Customer oriented, ensuring good customer service to build rapport and retain customers

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of salon to adhere with company’s standards

• Reporting of daily sales and forecasting of sales report, to set and achieve targets with effective strategies and creative upselling techniques

• Work with the marketing team to conceptualise and create marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients

• Other ad hoc tasks

Job requirements:

• Presentable and well groomed 

• Keen eye for detail

• Fluent English and good interpersonal & presentation skills

• Driven and motivated individual
