Business Analyst (Compliance)

Responsibilities:

• Support annual audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Document and map current business processes related to compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of compliance-related initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and business analysis.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with risk management and audit processes
• Having experience in supporting audits, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC2 Type 2, is a plus
