Call Centre Officer (1 year renewable) up to $2.5k - Hiring Urgently

Location: AMK
Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable)
Working hours: Mon - Fri office hours + Alternate Saturday half day 
Salary: $2300 - $2500

Job scope 

• Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.
• Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
• List the pain points and make recommendation for changes/improvements.
• Able to sense potential issues that may be life threatening, implication to livelihood.
• Build and maintain positive trust relationship by engaging customers in open interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers, including upskilling to broaden knowledge thus serving many different groups and types of labour related queries
• Ability to recognise Crisis call and react immediately, yet calmly, to crisis situations and quickly build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.

Requirements

• MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED W/ COVID BOOSTER
• MUST be comfortable to take high volume of call
• Preferably someone with Call Centre experience
