• Up to $2500
• Ang Mo Kio
• 1 Year Renewable/Convertible Contract

Responsibilities:
• Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
• Able to sense potential issues that may be life threatening, implication to livelihood.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers
• To be cross trained in another domain.
• Ability to recognize Crisis call and react immediately

Requirements:
• Must be comfortable to take high volume of calls
• Prior experience in call centre will be preferred
