Job Responsibilites
- Chair side assistance if required
- Ensure that patient enquiries are attended to and manage registration
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Handle billing and financial counseling
- Assist in the retrieval of records and return patient records
- Arrange for follow-ups with patients or doctors when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
- Able to commit for at least 6 months for temporary roles
- Renewable / convertible based on individual's performance
- Can commence work immediately / within short notice
