We are on the lookout for a hardworking Customer Care Executive (Yoga Studio) to join our exceptional team at Jal Yoga International Pte Ltd in Bukit Timah, Central Region.

Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta and Dubai.
We are seeking a mature and responsible individual capable of managing both our studio branch and our esteemed customers. The goal is to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, renewal rates, and cultivate advocates for our brand.

Job descriptions:

Customer Care Team takes over after a new sign up by;

 - Sending Personalised Welcome Message
- Introduce yourself, share important policies: booking, waitlist, suspension, transfer, late cancellation and no show etc
- Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide support 

Customer Care Team Engagement for Existing Members;

- Personalised Check-in message at 1/3/6 months
- Review members attendance & frequency
- Check in with members who stop coming regularly
- Offer suspension for medical or travel reasons (FOC for 1st time)
- Offer Jal Care kit for medical suspension
- Track and prepare Birthday Cards
- Maintain Complaint Tracker – ensure closure 
 

You will also be tasked with overseeing the operational control of your branch, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations on a daily basis to enhance cleanliness and effectiveness. 

  • Mats santising after class ends
  • Studio upkeep and cleanliness
  • Props organisation. Ensuring props are sufficient for the branch

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Available working hours:

  • Mon - Fri 7am to 1pm or 4pm to 10pm 
  • Morning or Evening + 2 weekends per month

Benefits: Fixed monthly salary with CPF contribution, AL/MC, Medical benefits. Up to 1 month bonus if respective
studio achieves annual target. Performance review quarterly / half-yearly

Training will be provided.
