Job Scope:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions across multiple regions or locations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions of operation.
- Design and implement employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce plans and succession strategies.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
- Manage employee engagement surveys and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee HR budgeting and financial planning, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures consistent with best practices and legal requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through training and development programs.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Represent the organization in HR-related matters with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and industry groups.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in HR practices and incorporate innovative approaches to drive organizational success.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Professional certification such as iHRP-CP/SP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR functions across multiple regions or locations.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
