Qualifications & experience
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification with years’ experience in residential interior design
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Enscape, Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment
- Demonstrate positive attitude and responsibility
- Willing to learn and self motivated
- Only for Singaporean/ Malaysian
Tasks & responsibilities
- To handle full set of interior design working including general design, presentation, documentation and site supervision
- Strong In Exterior & Interior Design conceptualizations and prepare details drawings
- Knowledge of Design Space Planning, Concept Development, Construction Detailing & Implementation
- Prepare presentations (2D, 3D, mock-up and renderings) for clients
- Attend client meetings and reporting of design progress. Determine Client’s goals and requirements, understand client’s needs to propose suitable designs
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
