Position: Sales Interior Designer
Salary Package: Up to $4000 according to experience, excluding comms
Work Days: 5.5 Work Days

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints, gathering information on lifestyle and functional requirements.
- Utilize design principles to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for residential or commercial spaces, including floor plans and furniture arrangements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and furnishings to recommend suitable options to clients.
- Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and visual representations, aligning choices with client goals.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, working within client budgets for materials, labor, and services.
- Oversee project implementation, coordinating with contractors and professionals for smooth execution and completion.
- Maintain regular communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Promote services to generate leads and expand the client base through networking and marketing efforts.
- Gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and foster long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Interior Design or a related design field is preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field is essential.
- Proficiency in space planning, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Ability to showcase fundamental understanding of materials and their uses.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach to work.
